  As newcomers to Hollister and as "full gospel" Christians, my wife and I were looking for a fellowship where we could support and be supported. We went to Abundant Life 4 Square church for three consecutive weeks, and then decided not to go back and look elsewhere. When I go to church I look for 3 things. 1. The Preaching/teaching has to be solidly biblical. 2. There needs to be good praise and worship. 3. The church needs to be friendly. The church passed the first two categories but was sadly lacking in the third. After 3 weeks I would think someone would come up and introduce themselves, particularly the Pastor and/or his wife (who also preaches at times). I noted the church was very friendly and supportive of the members who were already in their fellowship. I was sorry that outsiders seemed to be ignored.
